Capstone Partners advised Retina Institute of Virginia (RIV)—a Virginia-based ophthalmology provider—on its sale to EyeCare Partners (ECP).
Retina Institute of Virginia has two primary offices and three satellite offices throughout central Virginia. Their expertise is in the diagnosis and treatment of retina and vitreous diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal tears and detachment, retinal vascular diseases, uveitis, and trauma.
