Capstone Partners advised Redstone College, a leading Colorado based aviation maintenance school, on its sale to Spartan College a portfolio company of Sterling Partners.
Founded in 1965, Redstone College offers training in airframe and power plant, avionics, wind energy and HVAC. Since the school’s beginning, it has trained more than 15,000 students with career-focused educations in a variety of targeted in-demand and growing fields.
