Capstone Partners announced that it advised Ravn Air Group (Ravn), the leading provider of regional air transportation and logistics services in Alaska, on its recapitalization by J.F. Lehman & Company.

The recapitalization was completed by J.F. Lehman & Company in partnership with W Capital Partners and the Hajdukovich family of Fairbanks, Alaska. Debt Financing was provided by BNP Paribas and KeyBanc Capital Markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
