Capstone Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Goldco, LLC, one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the U.S. and a portfolio company of PNC Riverarch Capital, in its divestiture of a portfolio of 61 restaurants to Burger Gulf Coast, LLC.
Burger Gulf Coast currently operates a multi-brand portfolio of over 100 restaurants including Burger King, Applebees, IHOP and Stevi-B’s.
Goldco, founded in 1980, currently operates 48 Burger King restaurants, which are primarily located in South Florida.
This is the third transaction Capstone Partners has completed with Goldco and PNC Riverarch.
