Capstone Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Goldco, LLC, one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the United States and a portfolio company of PNC Riverarch Capital, in its acquisition of 14 restaurants from Fast Food Enterprises #2, LLP, a franchise of the Burger King Corporation.
Goldco, founded in 1980, is based in Dothan, Alabama and now operates 110 Burger King restaurants in Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
PNC Riverarch Capital is a middle-market private equity firm which invests in privately held companies headquartered in North America.
This is the second transaction Capstone Partners has completed with Goldco and PNC Riverarch.
