Capstone Partners advised Circuit Check, Inc., a test and measurement company, on it’s acquisition by Baird Capital.
Circuit Check, Inc. is a provider of an electronic test equipment and services to OEMs and contract manufacturers in the technology, medical and industrial and markets. Circuit Check was founded in 1978 and is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota. They sold the majority of their business to Baird Capital Partners Management Company. The previous owners of Circuit Check retained a minority state in the company.
This is Baird Capital’s first transaction in the test and measurement sector. Baird Capital Partners (BCP) is the US private equity arm of Baird Private Equity.
