Capstone Partners has advised Chapter 26, a specialist solutions provider of Enterprise Content Management Solutions, on their sale to IS Solutions PLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Chapter 26 also specializes in portals and systems integration that enables collaboration both within and between organizations to create, manage, deliver and archive the structured and unstructured information that drives business. The acquisition will help IS Solutions to capitalize on the fast growing CMS market. Also, IS Solutions and Chapter 26 are both Microsoft Gold Partners and our shared skills within the Microsoft practices will complement the technologies and expertise between our two companies.
