Capstone Employees Continue Partnership with Nonprofit Shoes That Fit, Providing Elementary Students with New Athletic Shoes
Capstone Partners’ Boston-based colleagues donated funds for and personally outfitted every student at Paul A. Dever Elementary School in Dorchester, MA with brand new pair of athletic shoes last week. Colleagues volunteered to donate, organize, and distribute over 500 pairs of shoes at the nearby school, as covered by local news station WCVB Channel 5.
Capstone has partnered with national non-profit Shoes That Fit for over three years as a part of the firm’s ongoing philanthropic initiative, “Capstone Cares.”
Capstone’s Chief Administrative Officer, Shannon Cullen, commented on the joys of working with Shoes That Fit and giving back to the local Boston community, “It’s just so fun to be able to watch them get so excited… There’s nothing better than a brand-new pair of sneakers.”
