Ryan Stadelmann

Ryan joined Capstone Partners in 2022 and currently serves as a Vice President on the Business Development team. His primary responsibility is to build long-term relationships with business owners and provide them with ongoing insights into industry valuations, acquisition activity, and M&A trends.

Prior to joining Capstone, Ryan worked as an Associate at RKCA, a boutique investment bank based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he helped manage the firm’s pipeline, as well as establish new buy-side and sell-side relationships. Ryan also worked on the Business Development team at Arrowstreet Capital, an institutional quantitative investment management firm out of Boston, MA. Most recently he worked as a Senior Associate at Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management.
