Peter N. Slowik

Pete serves as a Director within Capstone Partners’ Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He focuses on the Water, Wastewater, and Infrastructure/Utility services sectors. ​

Prior to joining Capstone, Pete served at Janney Montgomery Scott. He has successfully completed more than 30 transactions over the course of his career, including originating and executing public and private capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, and other financial advisory assignments. ​

Earlier in his career, Pete held roles in Citigroup Global Markets’ investment banking practice and PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ advisory and tax practices.
