Jake Lee

Jake serves as a Director within Capstone Partners’ FinTech & Services Group and has over ten years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions. He focuses on FinTech and Commerce Technology sectors—including BankTech, WealthTech, capital markets technology, financial data and infrastructure.​

Prior to joining Capstone, he served as a Director at Janney Montgomery Scott, where he advised technology clients on M&A and capital raise transactions, as well as other strategic alternatives. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Moelis & Company and Union Square Advisors.
