Michael is Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services Group. He brings 30 years of experience driving growth and value creation across more than 50 transactions representing over $5 billion in enterprise value.
Prior to joining Capstone, Michael founded and led Vexital, a senior-led consulting firm advising CEOs, boards, private equity sponsors, and operating partners on digital transformation, AI/ML adoption, technology due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and performance improvement. He developed the Quality of Technology Assessment framework to evaluate a company’s technology ecosystem and support value creation.
Earlier in his career, Michael held consulting and executive technology leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Unilever, Merrill Lynch, UnitedHealth Group, Deluxe Corporation, and Tennant Company. His experience spans technology strategy and operations, enterprise programs, product development, modernization, AI and automation, M&A integration, and the reduction of technical debt and complexity.
