Tim is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Sponsor Coverage Group, where he leads coverage of middle market private equity firms and their key decision makers. He brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience spanning M&A, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets, with a career-long specialization in financial sponsor coverage.
Prior to joining Capstone, Tim served as a Managing Director at DA Davidson within their Financial Sponsor Coverage Group, where he developed and managed relationships with middle market sponsors. Previously, he held senior roles at Citizens Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, where he focused on originating and executing M&A and financing transactions for private equity clients. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Greene Holcomb Fisher and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, advising clients on M&A, leveraged finance, and capital raising transactions.
