Michael Bauman

Michael is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Industrials Group. With over a decade of experience, he is responsible for transaction execution and managing all aspects of the deal process. ​

​Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Michael was Director at TM Capital where he completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors and family / founder-owned businesses. He served as a leading member of the firm’s Equipment Rental & Dealer practice and has significant experience advising companies in the sector across a variety of transactions including strategic sales, majority recapitalizations and growth capital raises. Michael was a co-author of TM Capital’s authoritative research including the Equipment Rental & Dealer Report and Equipment Rental & Dealer State of the Market.
