Katie Kohli

Katie is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Consumer Group. She has over 20 years of experience focused on sectors such as Food & Beverage and Beauty and has completed a broad range of M&A transactions for founder-owned businesses and financial sponsors.​

​Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Katie was a Director at TM Capital. Previously, she served on the equity investment committee at Earnest Partners, an institutional asset manager with over $20 billion in assets under management. She was also the founder and CEO of a consumer company in London, where she was responsible for all aspects of the business, including fundraising, technology development, marketing, finance, and operations. Additionally, she spent over a decade in corporate strategy and M&A leadership roles across developed and emerging markets.​
