Kathleen is a Managing Director in Capstone’s Financial Advisory Services (FAS) group. She has more than 20 years of experience leading and developing finance teams from corporate FP&A to business units within the automotive manufacturing space. Through her background as a consultant and in senior leadership roles, she has extensive plant financial manufacturing experience on the ground and in the board room.
Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Kathleen was a Senior Director at Huron Consulting. Previously, she served as the Director of Finance, Treasury and IT at SEG Automotive North America and held multiple regional and global finance roles at Tier 1 automotive supplier, Delphi Automotive, including Finance Director of the Electrical/ Electronic Distribution Systems business unit and later the Powertrain business unit, where she managed P&Ls in excess of $1B of turnover.
