Jordan Cleare

Jordan is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Business Services Group. With over a decade of investment banking experience, he is responsible for transaction execution and managing all aspects of the deal process.​

​Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Jordan was a Director at TM Capital and completed numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as financing and board advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the business services, industrial services and consumer & retail sectors. Jordan joined TM Capital in 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2019 after completing his MBA.​

​Prior to TM Capital, Jordan was in the consumer & retail investment banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
