John Rhea

John is a Vice President within Capstone’s Sponsor Coverage Group, with a specialized focus on buy-side M&A coverage. In this role, he is responsible for the management and execution of client engagements as well as helping drive business development efforts. ​

Previously, John was an Associate at Great Range Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including analysis, structuring, execution, and portfolio oversight across multiple industries. John began his career as an Analyst on Capstone’s Investment Banking team.
