Jim Pollock is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. With more than 30 years of experience in corporate restructuring, turnaround management, and financial advisory, he helps privately held and middle-market companies, along with their lenders and investors, navigate operational and financial transitions.
Jim provides hands-on advisory support across the full spectrum of restructuring services, including liquidity and performance improvement, interim management advisory services, asset divestitures, distressed M&A, and refinancing and recapitalization advisory. Known for his pragmatic, results-driven approach, he works closely with management teams and stakeholders to stabilize cash flow, preserve value, and implement strategies that reposition businesses for long-term success.
Before joining Capstone, Jim served as a senior member of the restructuring teams at Plante Moran, Deloitte, and Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), and held operational and financial leadership roles at large, publicly held company, Cyrk, Inc.
