Jim is a Vice President within Capstone’s Consumer Investment Banking Group. Based in Chicago, he has over six years of experience advising family/founder owned, private equity backed, and publicly traded companies on over $1 billion in capital formation transactions – including mergers and acquisitions; debt and equity capital raises; and restructurings.
Prior to Capstone, Jim worked in the investment banking practices at Lakeshore Food Advisors, a boutique investment bank focused on the food and agribusiness industry, and Bank of America.
