Chip Tallman

Chip is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Technology, Media, & Telecom Group with a particular focus on Software-as-a-Service businesses. He brings over 15 years of industry experience advising companies and financial sponsors on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic alternatives.

Previously, Chip Tallman served as a Managing Director with Janney’s Technology Investment Banking Team. Prior to joining Janney, Chip held roles at Scotiabank, Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), and Goldman Sachs. Over the course of his career, Chip has worked on more than 100 M&A and capital markets transactions.
