Chris is a Managing Director in Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. He has over 20 years of experience leading finance functions of early and growth stage organizations, both public and private equity/venture backed, that have achieved accelerated annual revenue growth and material exit returns for its investors including transactions of $1.2B and $1.1B.
Over the course of his career at Capstone Partners, Chris has provided transaction advisory, interim management, financial advisory, operational consulting, turnaround and restructuring, and insolvency services to clients across a wide range of industries. He has served as an interim senior-level executive at several clients in the roles of CEO, COO, CFO, Corporate Development Officer and Controller.
Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Chris was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a multi-national medical device manufacturer. He has also had additional senior financial executive/leadership roles for IT Security, Telco infrastructure, Software (SaaS/Enterprise) and Defense organizations.
