Andrea Kerton

Andrea serves as the firm’s Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for Capstone’s full-cycle employee experience, including onboarding/offboarding, talent acquisition, early career planning, learning and development, performance reviews, employment law compliance, and other strategic initiatives.

Andrea began her career at Teak Media + Communication where she led national, regional and local public relations campaigns for non-profits and socially responsible companies and managed the firm’s operations, including human resources. She also led human resources at Veritas Genetics.
