Capstone Partners advised Brook & Whittle, a provider of decorative label printing services, on their sale to Charter Oak Equity. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based out of North Branford, CT the company’s ultra violet flexo combination printing for pressure sensitive labels, shrink labels and medical packaging, enable the world’s largest producers of soft drinks, wines, spirits and personal care products to get decorative and performance labels satisfying the unique product configurations. With the recapitalizing Brook & Whittle are able to significantly expand its operations and capabilities, enter new markets, strengthen existing customer relationships and generate new ones.
