Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, American Striping Company, a portfolio company of Tendit—a portfolio company of Osceola Capital and diversified provider of exterior facility services to the Mountain West region—primarily focuses on Colorado Department of Transportation and municipal customers, working directly with end customers and through general contractors.
American Striping Company will become part of Frontline Road Safety Group’s Specialized Pavement Marking (SPM) division, operating as a standalone location within the platform. With extensive state and municipal relationships throughout Colorado and a strong local leadership team, ASC facilitates Frontline’s entry into the attractive Colorado market.
