Brad is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Consumer Group. With over a decade of experience, he is responsible for transaction execution across a variety of engagements.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Brad was a Vice President at TM Capital where he completed numerous sell-side, buy-side and financing engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. There, he gained significant experience in the automotive, consumer, distribution and business services sectors.
Previously, Brad was an investment banking Analyst in the diversified industrials and services group at PiperSandler. Prior to Piper Sandler, Brad was an Associate in the assurance practice at Deloitte.
