Andy is a Managing Director within Capstone Partners’ Industrials and Building Products & Construction Services Groups. He brings more than 20 years of finance and consulting experience, with a specialization in Equipment, Rental & Dealerships and Building Products sectors.
Prior to its acquisition by Capstone in 2025, Andy spent 14 years at TM Capital where he was a Managing Director. Earlier, he was an Associate at Accordion, a private equity-focused financial consulting and technology firm. In that role, he supported PE-backed executive teams and served as an independent consultant for startups and venture capital firms, including a year with Broadway Video Ventures.
Earlier in his career, Andy was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Barclays, where he focused on infrastructure and utilities. He began his professional career as a consultant at Silver Oak Solutions, later CGI –Spend Management Solutions, building the analytical and operational foundation that supports his advisory work today.
Andy is a co-author of TM Capital’s annual Building Products Sector Spotlight and Equipment Rental and Dealer Sector Spotlight.
