Capstone Partners advised Onsite Health, a national leader in mobile medical and dental healthcare, on its sale to an undisclosed buyer.
Onsite Health, based in Arlington, Virginia, is a leading provider of mobile medical and dental services and national leader in supporting state-specific U.S. Army National Guard Medical Readiness contracts with services available to other Reserve and Active Duty Components across all Services, throughout the US. In addition, Onsite Health serves military bases, outpatient clinics and community-based organizations through a fleet of mobile health practices.
