Capstone Partners advised Accredited Labs, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners—a leading Pittsburgh-based private equity firm investing in high-growth, middle market companies—on its acquisitions of OCS Technologies and Trident Calibration Labs, two leading providers of calibration and test and measurement services. The transactions closed in August 2024 and July 2025, respectively, and the terms of the deals were not disclosed.
The acquisitions of OCS Technologies and Trident Calibration Labs represent strategic add-ons to Accredited Labs. Accredited Labs, formerly known as Aldinger, is a leading provider of calibration and repair services for test & measurement instruments and equipment.
