Our dedicated Education & Training Group addresses the useful life of any student whether just beginning on their educational journey or trying to upskill to keep pace with changing times. This lifelong journey starts in the formative years of early childhood and K-12 through the attainment of certifications or degrees in college or university setting with the eventual goal of gainful employment. Once a vocation has been obtained, employees and employers yearn for upskilling, new certifications, corporate training, workforce development and talent management solutions. Our group partners with clients that provide services, products, or technology solutions to all of these education and training markets. Our team has worked with many of the industry’s leading private equity firms, acquirers, and advisors. We have extensive experience in the special nuances of structuring and negotiating transactions within the industry, and we expand on this expertise with a dedicated research team that stays on top of the latest trends and market intelligence.
