Todd Bomberg

Todd Bomberg, a Senior Advisor with Capstone Partners, has over 20 years of business experience spanning investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate law, and entrepreneurship serving the real estate markets.

Prior to Capstone, Todd served as Director of Commercial Real Estate for Roll Global and led commercial real estate acquisitions and underwriting of commercial real estate development. Prior to joining Roll, Todd had a successful career in investment banking, advising on over $15 billion of M&A and corporate finance transactions in a wide range of industries. Todd has also served as Chief Investment Officer of M.A.G. Capital, LLC, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm focused on providing structured growth equity to small-cap public companies. Prior to his financial services career, Todd advised clients as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins.
