Timothy Binney

Tim is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Business Services Group with a focus on advising companies in the Marketing Services sector. He brings over 14 years of experience advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, and other corporate finance mandates across multiple asset classes including public and private companies and intellectual property.

Tim has amassed broad experience across industries including consumer and retail, with significant depth in business services, as well as experience in technology (semiconductor, medical device, wireless communication), Tim has executed mandates for companies ranging from small, family-run business to billion-dollar private-equity-owned companies. Over the course of his career, he has advised on transactions with aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.

Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Tim advised clients at Lazard and Houlihan Lokey.
