Samuel Louie

Sam is a Vice President within Capstone’s Industrials Investment Banking Group and has over nine years of experience advising clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, valuations, and capital raises. Over the course of his career, he has advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion, spanning multiple industries, including Environmental, Health & Safety, Packaging, Value-Added Distribution, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, and Business Services.

Prior to joining Capstone, Sam was an Investment Banking Analyst at KAL Capital, where he specialized in the Aerospace & Defense sector, providing M&A advisory to middle-market companies. He began his career in Valuation at Moss Adams, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, business valuation, and corporate finance.
