Ryan Sadkowski

Ryan is a Vice President in Capstone’s Corporate Investment Banking Group. He brings a dynamic combination of leadership, finance, and accounting expertise with over six years of experience advising on middle market transactions within mergers & acquisitions,  recapitalizations, capital markets, divestitures, and financial advisory.

Prior to rejoining Capstone, Ryan was a director in the transaction advisory services practice at KSM CPAs & Advisors, a full-service advisory, tax, and audit firm, where he served privately held, family and founder-led, and private equity-backed companies on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across the Services, Industrials, and Consumer verticals.  Prior to KSM, Ryan was an associate for Capstone Partners, based in Denver, CO. Ryan is a former Division I football player for Purdue University.
