Nate is a Director in Capstone Partners’ Consumer Investment Banking Group with a focus on the Food & Beverage and Consumer Products sectors. He holds over a decade of experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, ESOPs, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements.

Within the Consumer industry, Nate has advised transformational growth brands as well as leading private label companies and co-manufacturers. Nate has also successfully represented prominent consumer-focused private equity investors as well as numerous family- and founder-owned businesses. His teams boast a strong track record in advising companies and brands across the consumer landscape.

Prior to joining Capstone, Nate was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey and Lincoln International in their Consumer, Food, and Retail groups.
