Kenny is a Director within Capstone Partners’ Consumer Investment Banking Group, where he advises founder-led, family-owned, and private equity-backed businesses on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and strategic capital raises.
Kenny focuses on multi-unit consumer businesses, with deep experience across restaurants, automotive services, grocery, and specialty retail, advising franchisees, franchisors, and independent brands through liquidity events and growth initiatives.
Prior to Capstone, Kenny was with The Cypress Group, a boutique investment bank focused on consumer and franchised businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley, advising corporate and middle-market clients on debt financings and capital structures. He also served five years in the U.S. Air Force as a Financial Management Officer.
