Kenneth Wasik

Ken serves as Capstone Partners’ Co-Head of Investment Banking. He brings nearly 25 years of investment banking experience including domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, initial and secondary offerings of public companies, debt raises and private placements for his clients. He has helped raise over $10 billion in capital for clients during his career.

He joined Capstone Partners from Stephens Investment Bank, where he started and led the Consumer Products Group. Prior to Stephens, Ken was with Jefferies and Co. as Managing Director of Consumer Products. Before Jefferies and Co., he was Head of the Consumer, Food and Retail Group at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard, and Zukin, and was responsible for building out Houlihan’s consumer and retail coverage universe, as well. Kenneth began his career in investment banking at UBS in New York, NY, where he supported execution of large packaged goods companies.
