Kaity Templin

Kaity currently serves as a Director within Capstone’s Sponsor Coverage Group, with a specialized focus on buy-side M&A coverage. In this role, Kaity is responsible for the management and execution of client engagements and driving new business to the firm.

Prior to this role, she served as a Vice President at Copper Run, a leading middle market buy-side focused M&A firm, where she was responsible for all aspects of deal execution and client origination across a wide range of industries and deal sizes. She also previously led business development efforts at an environmental consulting firm, where she was focused on evaluating potential add-on acquisition opportunities while also growing the private equity client base. Kaity began her career as an Analyst at a New York-based, sell-side focused investment banking firm where her responsibilities included financial modeling, valuation preparation, selling material creation, and due diligence management.

Kaity also serves on the ACG NY Women of Leadership and Private Equity/Investment Banking committees.
