Geoffrey Ward

Geoffrey is a Vice President within Capstone’s Healthcare Group. He has over six years of experience executing M&A transactions focusing on middle market companies across a variety of industries, primarily focused on Healthcare. Based in New York, Geoffrey is responsible for all aspects of deal execution, including company and financial analysis, material preparation, due diligence.

Prior to joining Capstone, Geoffrey began his career as an Analyst at a boutique investment bank.
