Charlotte Franson

Charlotte currently serves as Director of Operations and is responsible for the management of investment banking operations, including staffing, performance management, deal collateral quality assurance, and workflow optimization.

In addition, Charlotte plays a pivotal role in the management of Capstone’s Huntington National Bank referral channel. She manages all inbound referral activity to ensure channel communications, distribution processes, and activity tracking are streamlined, and she collaborates across teams to enhance engagement with our Huntington partners. Operating in unison, this calibrated approach unites a robust team from Commercial, Wealth, and Investment Banking divisions, serving as an agnostic advisor and strategic resource to thousands of clients and prospects​ across both Capstone and Huntington teams.

Lastly, Charlotte manages and collects operational reporting requirements and revenue forecast updates from banking professionals, populating key data into DealCloud (CRM), and developing quarterly and annual firm KPI dashboards and report analysis for executive leadership to enhance their strategic decision-making.

Prior to her position as Director, Charlotte served as a Vice President on Capstone’s Sponsor Coverage team and spent six years at Headwaters MB (now Capstone Partners) on the Building Products and Construction Services banking team where she was responsible for all aspects of business development, material preparation, and deal execution.

During this time, she also started a company called Charter Facility Funding which specialized in solving access to capital problems for new and emerging charter schools across the country.

Prior to working in investment banking, Charlotte was a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards and specialized in representing high net worth individuals with their estate and retirement planning needs.
