Charlotte Franson

Charlotte is a Director on Capstone Partners’ Operations team, overseeing quality assurance and serving as a trainer across our technology platforms. She plays a key role in practice team coordination and implementing best practices firmwide, along with other performance tracking and forecasting exercises. Charlotte also manages branding consistency for all deal marketing materials, ensuring we best represent our people, clients, and partners.

Prior to her position as a Director, Charlotte served as a Vice President on the Sponsor Coverage team. Prior to that, Charlotte spent 6 years at Capstone Partners on the Building Products and Construction Services banking team where she was responsible for all aspects of business development, material preparation and deal execution.
