Charlotte serves as Channel Advisory Director and works at the intersection of Capstone Partners and Huntington Bank to support collaborative referral activity between the organizations, helping privately held business owners access integrated banking and investment banking advisory solutions. She has more than 15 years of professional experience across investment banking, business development, and client advisory roles.
In her current role, Charlotte serves as a central point of contact between the two organizations, helping ensure referral opportunities are jointly vetted, tracked, and supported. She focuses on driving education, engagement, and alignment through strategic initiatives, co-hosted events, and market-facing collaboration. Charlotte ensures a unified client experience and cross-team connectivity that ultimately supports business owners through growth, liquidity, and transition planning.
Prior to this role, Charlotte served in operations and sponsor coverage roles at Capstone Partners. She also spent six years with Headwaters MB, now Capstone Partners, within the Building Products and Construction Services Investment Banking Group.
Earlier in her career, Charlotte founded Charter Facility Funding, which focused on solving access-to-capital challenges for emerging charter schools. She also worked as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards, advising high-net-worth individuals on estate and retirement planning needs.
