Brian is a Managing Director in Capstone’s Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. With more than 15 years of professional leadership experience, Brian’s expertise lies in driving performance improvement transformations, managing mergers and acquisitions, and providing C-level interim management advisory services to businesses in transition.
Brian has a proven record of success on more than 400 projects, providing strategic guidance to Private Equity firms, Family Offices, and both private and public companies during significant events, including strategic transformations, transaction diligence, and pre/post close integrations or separations. Industry and sector experience includes Healthcare; Medical Devices; Pharmaceuticals & OTC; Industrials; Food & Beverage; Consumer Packaged Goods; Luxury Goods & Specialty Apparel; and Retail, Wholesale & eCommerce.
Before joining Capstone Partners Brian held a number of leadership positions including co-founding Blossom Growth Partners, a management consulting firm dedicated to mid-market businesses in high-growth phases. In this role, he played a key part in stabilizing business performance and realigning processes for scalable growth. Brian has also served as a Partner at Grant Thornton, where he led the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Operations and Performance Improvement practice. Additionally, he spent time at ATKearney and Alvarez & Marsal, advising Private Equity Firms through M&A and Performance Improvement EBITDA acceleration. Over the past 15 years, Brian has been extensively involved in client expansions around the world, navigating organic growth and acquisitions for clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
