Amir Sheta

Amir is a Vice President within Capstone’s Business Services and Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services (ADGS) Groups. He is responsible for all aspects of deal execution, including company and financial analysis, material preparation, due diligence, and buyer negotiations. He has supported the successful closing of sell-side transactions across several sectors, including Business Services, Industrials, Automotive, and Energy, totaling over $1B in aggregate transaction value.​

Prior to joining Capstone, Amir was an analyst at Sahara Investment Group, where he advised clients on strategic and operational initiatives, debt and equity capital raises, and supported underwriting and capital markets execution across a variety of commercial real estate transactions.​
