Robert Marks

Robert has over 12 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Robert worked as a Vice President at PMCF where he focused on transactions in the Consumer and Industrial sectors. Prior to PMCF, Robert worked as a Vice President at William Blair on the Consumer & Retail team, advising clients on a variety of transactions, including buy and sell-side M&A advisory, capital raise, and overall corporate strategy. Robert also previously worked as an investment banker at PwC Corporate Finance and Lakeshore Food Advisors.
