Industry Experience:
Joseph is a Managing Director at Capstone Partners. He has over 20 years of industry experience in investment banking and financial services.
Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Joseph was a Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Investment Banking at Janney Montgomery Scott. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s infrastructure practice as well as providing investment banking services, including M&A advisory, private placement and public markets services to privately held and publicly traded clients. He also served on the firm’s fairness opinion committee.
Joseph has completed more than 75 transactions over the course of his career totaling more than $10 billion in deal value. In 2022, he was recognized with M&A’s Middle-Market Water Deal of the Year award for the sale of Mechanical Equipment Company to Grundfos.
