Boston, MA – Capstone Partners, a leading middle market investment banking firm, is proud to announce its recognition at the Global M&A Network’s Annual Global Markets M&A Atlas Awards, presented at the Global Growth & Deals Forum—held virtually on December 9, 2021. Global M&A Network is a diversified news, information media, and forums company, as well as the host of various prestigious awards ceremonies honoring top talent in the M&A space.

The independently governed Global Markets M&A Atlas Awards honors the best value-creating transactions, outstanding firms, leaders, and dealmakers from the global transactional communities.

Awards received honor Capstone’s advisory work on the following three transactions:

Sani-Tech West is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer, distributor, and integrator of single-use, high-purity bioprocessing systems and components used in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The transaction was led by Capstone’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group.

Therm-x of California is a vertically integrated manufacturer of temperature sensors, industrial heaters, and process-control systems for the semiconductor equipment and other thermal-sensitive industries with leading technology, revenue growth, and key supplier status to blue-chip OEM customers. The transaction was led by Peter Nam, Managing Director and Head of the Industrial Technology Group at Capstone.

CirComp is an innovative manufacturer of structural aircraft components and has an excellent market position in the constantly growing field of carbon composites for lightweight parts. “We are thrilled with the recognition and thank our colleagues from Germany, particularly Torsten Denker of IMAP M&A Consultants AG, who we worked with on this transaction, which brought together two pioneering innovators in advanced aerospace continuous composite production processes,” said Ian Cookson, Managing Director in the Aerospace, Defense, Government, and Security Group at Capstone and lead on the transaction.

“We kept the tradition of honoring outstanding firms and top performing dealmakers from the worldwide deal communities. While these past few years have been challenging, we were able to honor the winners who exemplify resiliency and excellence for executing transactions. We especially appreciate their participation and wish them continued success,” said Shanta Kumari, CEO and Global Group Editor of Global M&A Network.
