Capstone Partners Advised Solidyn on its Sale to Polaris Alpha, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners

Capstone Partners, acted as the sole advisor to Solidyn Solutions, a leading national security service provider to the space-based defense and intelligence communities, on its sale to Polaris Alpha, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. The acquisition enhances Polaris Alpha’s expertise in developing C4ISR programs for the U.S Government.

Since its founding in 2004 and with over 90% of its employees holding high level security clearances, Solidyn Solutions has continued to grow its core business in satellite mission management, command and control systems, virtualization and cloud computing, information assurance, and large-scale data processing systems.
