Capstone Partners, advised Harmony Gardens (the Company), a leading full-service nursery and distributor of nursery and related products serving the front range of Colorado, on the sale of its distribution business to SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE).
Harmony Gardens is a multi-location nursery and supplier of trees, shrubs, flowers and other landscape products to commercial landscapers, governmental entities, and homebuilder customers. The Company’s lush nurseries and distribution locations sit in the heart of Colorado’s I-25 corridor and are easily accessible from Denver, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
