Capstone Partners advised Atlas Homewares, a manufacturer of decorative hardware products on its merger with Top Knobs, a fine decorative hardware company owned by Harbour Group.
It was an honor to work with founder Adrienne Morea, who built an award-winning business from the ground up. Adrienne is incredibly talented and has a gift for developing innovative, fashion-forward and contemporary designs.
A notable designer and guest on HGTV’s House Hunters as well as a celebrity designer consultant, Ms. Morea has received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award and the Stevie Award. Coming from a background of jewelry design, Adrienne first sought to design hardware when looking to decorate her own kitchen. She created Atlas Homewares to feature, as she stated, “jewelry for the home.” Atlas Homewares has grown into a globally recognized brand that has been featured regularly in dozens of design and décor magazines, including Better Homes & Gardens, Architectural Digest, Upscale Remodeling and more.
