Randall Goldfarb

Randall is a Vice President in Capstone’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group. He has built his career at the intersection of media & entertainment, M&A, and strategic advisory, serving as a trusted partner to leading firms navigating a rapidly evolving media landscape. Over the past decade, he has advised on companies on a wide range of strategic transactions, drawing on a multifaceted background that spans investment banking, talent representation, and content development.

Prior to joining Capstone, Randall served as an investment banker at CAA Evolution, the merchant banking division of Creative Artists Agency. Prior to CAA, he was an Associate in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at Guggenheim Partners.

Randall began his career in the Motion Picture Group at ICM Partners, where he supported award winning screenwriters and directors across film and television. His early career experience provided him with a foundational understanding of storytelling, talent management / deal structuring, and IP value creation.

He has published thought leadership in Forbes on the future of theatrical exhibition and virtual production technologies and remains deeply engaged in the conversation around the broader transformations across the media landscape.
