Michael is a Director in Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services (FAS) group. Michael has more than 16 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to clients across the United States, Asia, and Europe while he was working in New York, New York, Tokyo, Japan and London, England.
Michael has led finance reengineering engagements for several Fortune-100 and middle market clients while working with business line employees and reporting directly to key stakeholders such as the company’s Board and C-suite executives. Specifically, he has provided advisory services to assist clients in addressing future changes to the company’s regulatory landscape (SOX 404) and high priority organizational initiatives (real-time management reporting).
Michael works directly with a client’s finance team to develop and implement a plan to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s current internal control framework. In addition to providing real-time updates to internal stakeholders, Michael has worked with a management teams to address formal feedback from external parties such as regulators, lenders, and auditors.
Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Michael worked at PwC, serving as an Advisory Director, and Riveron Consulting, serving as Transaction Advisory Director.
